Completely remodeled, the well-equipped kitchen boasts all new appliances and cabinets with granite countertops, log accents, and a lovely view of the serene wooded setting. The cozy living room is a great place for the family to gather and relax with a pool table, rock fireplace, and gorgeous wood beam ceilings throughout as well as pretty forest views from every window. Watch the squirrels as they run up and down the trees fetching pinecones just outside your window. And our well-stocked game closet provides for hours of family fun!
The three bedrooms downstairs all have comfortable mattresses, including 2 queens and a twin/full bunk bed. Privately tucked away in the back, the master bedroom is furnished with a solid-oak, Mission-style bedroom set. The Moose Room makes you want to snuggle into bed with its warm red decor. And the Bunk Room has a fun campground theme with fun and entertainment for the kids! (**Note: The Bunk Room is a pass-through room with two doors and no closet, best suited for children.) Full bath is located downstairs.
Winter or summer, Big Bear has lots to do! Take the kids to the Moonridge Zoo just minutes away, have a picnic by the lake, hike the scenic trails, go fishing, or just RELAX in a beautiful setting. Snowboard or ski at the resorts just minutes away. No snow on the slopes? Take the lifts up with your mountain bike and take your bike down!!! Visit the Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain in Big Bear for bobsledding in the winter, gocarts and water slide in the summer - great family fun any time of year!! Big Bear has so much to do even when there isn't snow, and it's just a short road trip away - no expensive airfare!
